If you know me, I’ve never been a coffee drinker, but any time of year you will find me drinking tea. Hot green tea is usually my preference, but as we move further into summer and the temperatures rise, you’ll also find me enjoying cold tea.

Even if you don’t think you like tea, there are so many varieties of tea and you can most likely come up with a blend that suits your tastes. From teas with caffeine (green, white and black varieties), to your herbal teas (that won’t keep you up all night). There is an option for everyone.

Not sure what type of tea you like? No worries, if you steep your own tea it’s only $0.10-$0.50 per serving so it’s a very small investment to try a wide variety. Not only will the tea be fresher, but steeping your own tea allows you to adjust the strength and flavor. You can easily make your own cold brewed tea by adding 1 Tablespoon of tea leaves per 32oz of cold water.
